WHY PARTNER WITH US?

Aboriginal Systems Thinking.
Practical Workplace Support.

Strong Ground Leadership Advisory Partnerships provide organisations with access to specialist cultural and workplace advice that considers the connections between people, culture, leadership and workplace systems.

Our approach brings together Aboriginal ways of knowing, being and doing, senior leadership experience and practical workplace systems thinking.

We help leaders navigate emerging matters, strengthen decisions, consider organisational responsibilities and identify opportunities for meaningful workplace improvement.

Rather than relying solely on one-off consulting engagements, our partnership model provides a trusted advisory relationship that can respond as organisational priorities evolve.

The Right Conversation. At the Right Time.

Every Strong Ground Advisory Partnership includes two flexible Cultural Leadership Check-ins each month.

These provide practical opportunities to raise questions, reflect on leadership decisions or explore emerging cultural, workforce and organisational matters.

A check-in may be handled through email or where a conversation would be more useful, a 20–30 minute online meeting.

Check-ins are practical, confidential within agreed organisational arrangements and focused on supporting informed decision-making.

Cultural Leadership Check-ins are not mandatory meetings and do not provide additional advisory hours. All time spent on check-ins count towards the monthly advisory allocation.

Use your available advisory hours for cultural advice, workplace improvement, strategic thinking, leadership guidance, workforce matters or brief feedback on organisational documents and processes.

Support is tailored to what matters most to your organisation.
